Manufactured from a blend of top quality amino thermo set resins and reinforcing fiber, Magic II media is establishing new high-performance and cost-reduced depainting criteria throughout the aerospace industry. Formulated using Nano-composite particles, it is used to remove coatings from a wide variety of substrates including composites, carbon fiber, fiberglass, graphite, and thin skin aluminum. It performs at pressures as low as 10 PSI and can be used as high as 35 PSI using Nano-composite Technology. It has a mesh screen size of 30-60 and a MOHS hardness of 3.5.
