FOAMplus Component B Polyol is a saponified polyol mixture. It reacts with Component A, a mineral oil-based diphenylmethane di-isocyanate, to make FOAMplus, a polyurethane packaging foam, which expands up to 280 times its original volume within 15 to 25 seconds, depending on the foam thickness. The polyurethane foam is used to cushion products and makes it impossible for packed products to move during shipping. The cushion is extremely impact-resistant and lightweight, providing a high-grade, custom-fit protective barrier for your product.

FOAMplus Film Rolls are made of co-extruded, durable film and are specifically developed for the FOAMplus system. They combine tremendous strength with flexibility and act as a cushioning envelope when used with FOAMplus packaging foam.
