Fryer Boil Out by Cascade Professional is formulated for cleaning deep fryers. It contains water softening and cleaning agents (phosphate, sodium carbonate, non-ionic surfactant, chlorine bleach suds control) to give a deep clean. Use one cup (8 oz) per 25 lb of oil capacity of the fryer when using for fryer boil out.
