Convoluted polyurethane foam is cut similar to an eggcrate so there is just as much foam as there is air, allowing for lighter compression and exerting less force on your products during shipment. Sets are 2 sheets of interlocking foam. Total set height is 3", with a 1" base and 2" pinnacle.
